Aether International is a commodity trading company headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We trade rice and a complete range of spices, sourced from India and other origin markets and delivered to buyers across Africa, the Middle East and beyond.
Physical commodity trade looks simple from the outside: buy at origin, sell at destination. In practice, every shipment is a chain of decisions — which mill, which grade, which inspection agency, which vessel, which documents in which order. When one link is handled carelessly, the buyer pays for it at the discharge port.
Our job is to own that chain. We work with a vetted network of millers, processors and exporters in India and other producing countries, and we contract directly with buyers, taking responsibility for specification, inspection, shipment and documentation on every consignment.
Dubai is our base for a practical reason: it sits between the origins we buy from and the markets we sell into, with the banking, logistics and settlement infrastructure this trade depends on.
